All promotional campaigns have a limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer has taken note of and accepts the General Conditions of Contract and Use of the website https://clitecnica.pt. The data recorded by https://clitecnica.pt constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between ahttps: //clitecnica.pt and the Client. As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately request its change, or even, the cancellation of the purchase made.

Clitécnica Lda only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so Clitécnica lda cannot guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing. In addition to the estimated shipping time, the shipping time depends on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order. Clitécnica Lda only dispatches on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for the estimated delivery of orders. In any case, the estimated delivery dates are only indicative. . Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Clitécnica, Lda will present a new contractual proposal with the price duly rectified, waiting for confirmation or cancellation of the order. Under the terms of Law 7/2004 of 7 January, regarding electronic commerce, Clitécnica, Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Clitécnica, Lda computers or if the contractual proposal arrives distorted at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS WITH CREDIT CARD:
In the case of orders paid using credit, partial or total, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously deemed to be resolved, without the right to compensation (article 8 of DL 143/2001, of 26 April as amended by DL 82/2008, of 20 May). In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received. The return and exchange of articles must respect the following conditions: Return of items in good condition, with original packaging complete and accompanied by the respective receipt or invoice; Exchanges or returns of products are not accepted, except for lack of conformity. The telephone support services contracted by the Customers are not liable to refund the amounts paid; Exchanges of personalized items according to the Client’s specifications are not accepted. If you choose to return the amount we inform you that: The refund is made by the same payment method or on a virtual gift card, according to the wishes expressed by the Client. In the case of payment by Multibanco, we request that you provide us with a NIB so that we can make the return faster.
Clitécnica Lda reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.

All purchases made at https://clitecnica.pt/ are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court. If our client is outside of mainland Portugal, we inform that any judicial process must be referred to the Portuguese Courts.
